Job Description


You shall be performing as an Expert L3 Technical lead role in End User Technology (EUT) domain – Supporting complex issues, primarily for Windows Endpoints. You will be responsible for L3 support of PCs, Printers, Video Conferencing equipment and support IT challenges in End User domain. You will play an integral part in ensuring the user’s PC experience is aligned to the latest Trends at the same time utilise Microsoft SCCM, Nexthink and other tools to improve IT productivity and efficiency and drive down the time and cost required to manage the operations. You will ensures support to IT Security Team and get more value out of Nexthink monitoring.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage L3 incidents of Desktop Devices (hardware, software and connectivity) through to resolution.
Monitor security profiles like anti-virus software, CISCO NAC, etc. on all PCs and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements
Advance troubleshooting of Windows Local & Group Policy including Windows OS hardening and Application whitelisting
Identify sources and trends of technical problems to prevent future occurrences
Make recommendations to the team lead in regards to process changes and drive implementation, based on the needs of the business and product direction.
Analyze Service Desk calls for Desktop Devices and incident data to identify and advice Business of any potential user training requirement and automation.
Capable of driving small to midsize projects and leading sub-teams on large projects
Draft technical documents and formalize the Organisation’s standards, installation details, processes and procedures, standard operating procedures and knowledge base related to End-user environment.
Good knowledge of Software installation and troubleshooting experience for software used typically in an Airline.

Qualifications
About You:
You should have Bachelor's degree or Diploma in computer science or equivalent stream with Certifications in Microsoft Technologies. You should have minimum 8 years of experience in End User Computing domain with expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 OS platform; Operational knowledge of SCCM, Citrix/VMWare, Microsoft Active Directory and Level 3 Support of Windows Desktop environment. You should be aware of ITIL process of Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and related activities like spare and buffer stock management.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can communicate effectively with technical / non-technical personnel including senior management. You shoukd have strong attention to detail and should be able to function with minimal oversight. You should be passionate to provide Excellent Customer service and should remain updated with latest Technologies and Trends in End User domain.
